GAUZE (Either 2x2 or 4x4)

OPEN GAUZE FULLY
WET GAUZE WITH SALINE SOLUTION
SQUEEZE GAUZE UNTIL ALMOST DRY
PACK GAUZE INTO OPEN AREA OF WOUND ONLY
COVER WITH DRY GAUZE
USE TAPE TO SECURE
REPEAT THIS PROCESS 3 TIMES A DAY
GENTLY PULL STUCK GAUZE OFF WOUND TO REMOVE. IT MAY BLEED SLIGHTLY. PLEASE DO NOT WET GAUZE TO REMOVE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! Wetting the gauze for easier removal actually PROLONGS the healing process.
