Shelby
Medical Aesthetician
Shelby has been passionate about skin and beauty for as long as she can remember, driven by a desire to help others slow down the aging process and feel confident in their own skin. With five years of experience in aesthetics, she is certified in dermaplaning, microneedling, Diamond Glow Facials, VI Chemical Peels, PRX Bio Revitalization Therapy, the Hollywood Fire & Ice facial, and red light therapy facials. Her favorite treatment is PRX, a needle-free option that stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves skin texture and tone, and revitalizes dull skin with zero downtime. Patients describe Shelby as knowledgeable yet gentle, trustworthy, and highly detail-oriented. What she loves most about her work are the close relationships she builds with her clients over time. When she's not in the treatment room, Shelby enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, savoring good coffee and cocktails, and dreaming of her next trip to California for its iconic city energy and glamour.
Tina Radtke
Registered Nurse
Tina brings a rich and well-rounded background to her role at Plastic Surgery Services. Before becoming an RN, she spent approximately 12 years as an esthetician at a MediSpa in Waynesboro, PA, and also worked as a surgical technician at a small cosmetic surgery office. She has been a Registered Nurse for 2.5 years and holds an ACLS certification. What drives Tina most is being part of each patient's transformation journey, watching confidence grow and helping people feel comfortable and truly at home in their own skin. Her patients describe her as approachable and personable, and she takes pride in delivering compassionate, informed care every step of the way. Outside of work, Tina enjoys dancing, annual family beach trips, and spending time with her granddaughter. Her favorite getaway is anywhere with crystal-clear water and white-sand beaches, where she can completely unwind and reset.
Eunice Rodriguez
Certified Medical Assistant
Eunice brings over 10 years of medical assistant experience to Plastic Surgery Services, having worked across specialties including neurology, cardiology, and family practice. While each role taught her something valuable, aesthetics is where she has truly found her calling. Originally from Arizona, she now embraces the beauty of the East Coast: the greenery, four distinct seasons, and abundance of water. Eunice loves being part of the positive changes patients experience and playing a meaningful role in boosting their confidence. Her patients consistently describe her as gentle and empathetic, someone who takes the time to listen, puts them at ease, and ensures they feel supported throughout their entire visit. Outside the office, Eunice enjoys outdoor activities, spending time near the water, cooking, trying new recipes, and cherishing time with her three daughters.
Angela Goldin
Patient Care Coordinator
Angela is the welcoming face behind the patient experience at Plastic Surgery Services, where she has served as Patient Care Coordinator for three years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications (Marketing/PR) from Towson University and brings more than 15 years of combined experience in sales, management, marketing, and aesthetics to her role. Angela's approach is deeply personal. She takes the time to get to know each patient, understanding that everyone's goals are unique, and works with them to build an aesthetic plan that truly fits. Her outgoing, friendly nature puts patients at ease from the very first conversation, guiding them confidently through scheduling, pre-operative preparation, and post-operative care. Originally from the DC/Maryland area, she now calls Frederick, MD home and enjoys the community feel of the Hagerstown/Tri-state region. In her free time, Angela loves exercising, attending local events, and spending time with her family — and always has Cancun, Mexico on her travel wishlist.
Erin Rogers
Front Desk Coordinator
Erin is the first smile patients see when they walk through the door at Plastic Surgery Services, and she takes that responsibility to heart. With eight years of healthcare experience, she discovered her passion for aesthetics and cosmetic surgery through witnessing the incredible transformations, and the confidence, that thoughtful care can bring. Erin believes in creating a welcoming, uplifting environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported, and confident from start to finish. Her patients describe her as bubbly, friendly, and easy to talk to, relatable, attentive, and always focused on making every visit smooth and stress-free. Her favorite treatment is lip filler, having personally experienced its confidence-boosting effect. Outside of work, Erin loves making memories with her three-year-old daughter and her golden retriever, Bo, who she proudly calls her “first born,” as well as shopping and enjoying country concerts in the summer. Beach destinations and Disney trips are at the top of her travel list.
