Dr. Garazo operates at The Galleria Surgery Center, a fully-accredited surgical facility centrally located near Cumberland, MD; Gettysburg, PA; Frederick, MD; Hagerstown, MD; and Martinsburg, WV.

Meet board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Henry F. Garazo
Board certified plastic surgeon Henry F. Garazo, MD, FACS has been providing excellent care and results to patients in the greater Maryland area for over 20 years. He is known for his thorough, expert, and friendly approach, and patients benefit from his kind, low-pressure bedside manner. Dr. Garazo prides himself on offering comprehensive and informative consultations and ensures every patient always meets personally with him.
Dr. Garazo is a native of Hagerstown, Maryland. After his education, he returned in 1997 to become partners with Dr. Michael Hall at Plastic Surgery Services, which was founded in 1961 by Dr. John Clark. Before establishing his practice, Dr. Garazo earned his M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his General Surgery Residency at State University of New York (SUNY), Health Science Center, Syracuse, New York, as well as his Plastic Surgery Residency at Medical College of Georgia, Hospital and Clinics, Augusta, Georgia. After, he received further training from the Chairman of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).
Dr. Garazo is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and holds membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Aesthetic Society. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS); serves on the consulting staff at Chambersburg Hospital and Waynesboro Hospital; and is Medical Director of The Galleria Surgery Center, a Quad-A and Medicare-approved facility. Dr. Garazo is a Member of John Staige Davis Society of the Plastic Surgeons of Maryland, and he has been cited by Vogue, Glamour, Allure, and Self magazines as one of the “Outstanding Plastic Surgeons in Maryland.”
