I’m very Happy with my breast Augmentation I received in September of 2020. From the consultation, to the actual surgery and after care and the follow up appointments I was treated very well by everyone in the office and especially by Dr. Garazo. The office was clean and I felt safe even with C19 going on. I would recommend anyone to him and the office for any services.

I searched for a doctor that I felt comfortable with for at least 8 months before finding Dr Garazo and his wonderful team in Hagerstown MD. I had breast augmentation that turned out beautifully. I had support and care from first appointment all the way through to complete healing and beyond. I received multiple phone calls during recovery checking on my progress. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience and professionalism I have received. I have been in the office several times and Dr. Garazo always makes sure he checks in personally with his patients. Just WOW!!!

I would like to start by saying I’m OVER THE MOON with my BA, I received in September of 2020. I had an amazing experience with PSS from calling to schedule my consult appointment in late July, to the consultation It self, the actual surgery and after care and then all follow up appointments. I have been treated very well by everyone in the office and especially by Dr. Garazo, and my nurses on the day of surgery was WONDERFUL, made me feel very comfortable & at ease. I NEVER had an issue with scheduling (and I work a crazy hard to accommodate schedule myself). I was nervous and had called to ask a question prior to and after my surgery never once did I feel unimportant or didn’t have a question answered professionally. Dr. Garazo himself called to check on me the night of my surgery, which was very kind and I appreciated. The Nurse called the Friday after my surgery, to make sure everything was still going ok for my recovery prior to the weekend approaching. Everything was and has been explained thoroughly from the beginning. The office was clean and I felt safe every time entering and leaving even with C19 going on. I would recommend anyone to him and the office as a whole for any plastic surgery or skin care needs. IF I COULD GIVE 10 star review I would!

From my consultation until now almost 3 weeks after my surgery these people have been wonderful and very welcoming, one of the friendliest offices I’ve ever walked into. They are very personable and make you feel very comfortable. They show genuine concern about your healing and comfort, they check on you regularly, they see you regularly to insure everything is going as it should. If you think somethings wrong they bring you in immediately without question. They are very kind people and I’m extremely happy with the work that I had done, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else to have “work” done. This office is amazing and his employees are amazing, they are all so sweet and caring. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Garazo and the wonderful staff here have changed my life. I went in wanting to fix some damage done to my tummy from 3 C-Sections and was treated with so much respect and care. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and could tell I was in great hands. I’m 4 weeks post surgery now and I’m beyond happy with the result. The medical assistants and nurses did such an amazing job making me comfortable and even taking after hours calls to check in on me. Such a warm-welcoming place from the moment you walk in the door! The staff and Doctor are friendly and knowledgeable, they provided step by step for the procedure I was getting done which caused me to be calm and excited for it rather than nervous, everything has been going perfect from the surgery to the healing!
