Here at Dr. Garazo’s office, patients know we are all about customer service. We also make your health and safety our topmost priority. That’s why we now offer virtual consults. These aren’t just any virtual consult though—let us explain.
Consult with a real plastic surgeon
Many providers will not book an initial virtual appointment with the actual doctor. At our office, we respect your time and want you to get the very best in-depth answers and medical advice, directly from Dr. Garazo. That’s why your virtual consult will include time with him. We’ll also have an additional member of our experienced medical staff present to virtually usher you through the entire consultation process.
How do your virtual consultations work?
We will first get in touch with you via your preferred normal contact method and have you fill out a few short forms, just like you would if you were to come to the office. We’ll then meet at your scheduled time via FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Zoom, which allows us to safely connect with you via video. You can discuss your goals with Dr. Garazo and his nurse and show areas of concern you are comfortable sharing in a video chat. For sensitive body areas, we can start a discussion and you may send photos after the initial virtual consult.
Expect to spend up to an hour with us as we listen to your goals and concerns, then offer possible solutions to fit your lifestyle. Based on our discussion, we’ll lay out a treatment plan.
When will I be able to have my treatment or procedure?
Dr. Garazo has a private, fully accredited operating room on site at his plastic surgery office. This means we can safely provide all treatments when you are ready, in an environment where traffic is limited to individual patients and the staff needed to serve them.
We know many patients are particularly eager to have injectable treatments; put yourself in the safe hands of a trained physician for your BOTOX! Dr. Garazo performs all neurotoxin and filler injections at our practice, unlike other providers which employ non-MD injectors.
In addition to following the stringent medical safety measures required to achieve our accreditation, we have added new practices and follow CDC guidelines to help keep you safe from viral outbreaks. (We’ll provide full details on how to prepare and what to expect before you come in for a treatment.)
